, 57, of Center, passed away Saturday,
September 28, 2013 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was born November 4, 1955 in
Houston to Thomas Sims Askew and Doris Lillian Goodman Askew. He was a member
of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Center.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, September 29, 2013 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 30, 2013 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Gordon Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow at McClelland Cemetery in Shelbyville.
Pallbearers will be James McVeigh, Joseph McVeigh, Gary Lee, Norberto Musico, Brian Askew and Chester Flowers. Honorary pallbearers will be Dennis Leggett, Bill White, Bernard Metcalf, James Tyre, Johnny Haessly, Shane Fenley and Brethren of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
