Joe Clifton Hughes Jr. , 62, of Center, Texas, passed away August 5, 2023.

A private family graveside will be held at Powdrill Cemetery in Shelby County.

Joe is the son of Miranda Jean Bailey and Darrell Bailey, and Joe Clifton Hughes Sr.  He was a beloved father, brother, and son.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and riding his Harley-Davidson.

He is survived by his three sons, Eric, Shawn, and Chris; a sister; four brothers and their wives; and lots of nieces and nephews.
