Joe Gaddy, 74, of Timpson, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012 in Longview. He was born October 8, 1937 in Bogalusa, Louisiana to Robert R. Gaddy and Irene LaLonde Gaddy. Mr. Gaddy served in the United States Air Force and worked hard as a welder for several years. He later owned and operated Gaddy's Ambulance Service in Shelby County. Mr. Gaddy was a member of Delta County Masonic Lodge. He was of the Catholic Faith. Mr. Gaddy loved barbequing and cooking Cajun dishes.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 16, 2012 at Watson & Sons Chapel. Graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Forest Chapel Cemetery in Chicota, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Danny Gaddy, Taco Gaddy, Scott Gaddy, Robert Gaddy, Chris Gaddy, Frank Brinson and Paul Kelso.
