Joe David Daniel Bullard Sr. , 59, of Center, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital in Nacogdoches. He was born January 24, 1955 in Springhill, Louisiana to Odell Bullard and Annie Rae Beshea Bullard. Mr. Bullard served in the United States Army.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 30, 2014 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Graveside service, with military honors, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Rocky Mount Cemetery in the Rocky Mount Community of Louisiana.
