Joan Ballard , 78, of Shelbyville, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2020, in Nacogdoches.

Memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, June 20, 2020, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with Bro. Jeff McGee officiating.

Born May 4, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Oliver Lee Flowers and Oza Rhea Ford Flowers. Mrs. Ballard was a great wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Dreka Springs Pentecostal Church.
