Jimmye Elaine Watkins Wallace , 80, of Joaquin, passed away Friday, September 14, 2012 in Carthage. She was born June 18, 1932 in Camp Switch to Jim Ross Watkins and Evelyn Gertrude Bell Watkins. Mrs. Wallace was a member of the William Carroll Crawford Chapter of Daughters of the Republic of Texas and Church of Christ in Tenaha. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 17, 2012 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Andrew King officiating. Interment will follow at Truitt Cemetery in Joaquin.

Pallbearers will be Beau Donaldson, Jerry Pate, Steve Thompson, Caleb Wright, Buster Masters and Verbon Pate. Honorary pallbearers will be Olin Oliver, Ronnie Emannis, Freddy Moody and Bill Haley.
