Jimmy Wayne Norris, 74, of Carthage passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2008 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was born March 23, 1934 in Joaquin to Troy Norris and Anna Smitherman Norris. Mr. Norris was retired from military service. He was of the Baptisat faith. Survivors include: sister, Frankie Mae Choate of Port Arthur; brother, Jerry Lee Norris of Port Arthur; cousins, Charlotte Hughes and husband J.W. of Center and John Smitherman of Longstreet, Louisiana.
