Jimmy Carlin, 74, of Center, passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2011 in Nacogdoches. He was born March 27, 1937 in Hazen, Arkansas to William Nelson Carlin and Mamie Ethel Orender Carlin.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, November 28, 2011 at the Elwyn M. Gipson Memorial Chapel of the Garden of Memories Memorial Park in Lufkin with Bro. Dave Whitehurst officiating. Interment will follow at the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Dewayne Sanford, Billy Wayne Ebarb, Steve Parker, Jesse Potts, Virgil Duke and Michael Hurst.
