Jessica Rachelle Johnson , 36, of Center, passed away Monday, June 23, 2025, in Center.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 26, 2025, at Central Baptist Church in Center with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.  Bro. Danny Dodson will officiate, assisted by Bro. Sandy Little.  Interment will follow at Buckner Cemetery in Shelby County.

Jessica was born December 13, 1988, in Galveston.  On September 29, 1989, at the age of nine months, she was placed into the care of Beamon and Evone Johnson.  The two soon adopted her.  Jessica attended Center ISD and made many friends along the way.  As a child, she loved going to Central Baptist Church, where her family has been members for many years.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her parents, Beamon and Evone Johnson of Center; sister, Rosie Johnson of Center; brother, Robert Darrell Johnson and wife Veronica of Gilmer; nieces, Michelle Johnson of Joaquin and Marissa Johnson of Joaquin; and nephews, Nathan Hoffart of Tyler and Damian Hoffart of Gilmer.

Preceded in death by her grandparents, Doyle and Agnes Johnson and Ellis and Dovie Hall.

Pallbearers will be Damian Hoffart, Chris Anding, David Haley, Billy Don Barnett, Hayden Snider, and Mark Stone.
