Jerry "Rooster" Lovett, 77, of Center passed away Saturday, February 18, 2012 in Center. Mr. Lovett was born August 8, 1934 in Shelbyville to Tracy Lovett and Ruby Goodwyne Lovett. He was a member of the Campti Pentecostal Church.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Watson & Sons Chapel. Following funeral services Mr. Lovett will be cremated.

Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Lovett, Tracy Lovett, Richard Alford, Kinder Nunley, Jim Higginbotham, Barry Lout and Darren Lout.
