Jean DuBose Ballard , 78, of Tenaha, passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2013 at her residence in Tenaha.  She was born September 6, 1935 in Tenaha to Jennings Osward DuBose and Reba Ray Ware DuBose.  She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star Tenaha Chapter and First United Methodist Church in Tenaha.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Tenaha with Rev. Charles Williams and Rev. Carla Reed officiating.  Interment will follow at Woods Cemetery in Tenaha.

Pallbearers will be Raymond Harper, Chuck DuBose, Crockett DuBose, Ronny DuBose, Donny DuBose, Keith DuBose, Mack Anthony, Gary DuBose, Reagan Anthony, Jennings Ray Harper and Rodney DuBose.

She is survived by
