James Wilkinson , 90, of Shelbyville, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018, in Nacogdoches.

Graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Friday, May 4, 2018, at Sardis Cemetery in Center with Sister Sherry Harding officiating. Military honors will be conducted by VFW Post 8904.

Mr. Wilkinson was born September 30, 1927, in Shelby County, to Elzia Wilkinson and Myrtia Hughes Wilkinson. He served in the United States Army and was an avid outdoorsman.
