Jackie "Buddy" Boyett, 31, of Joaquin, passed away Saturday, November 20, 2010 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born October 31, 1979 in Carthage to Jackie Boyett, Sr. and Betsy Mikesh Byrd. Mr. Boyett was a member of the First Baptist Church in Haslam. and a member of the Joaquin Volunteer Fire Department for 15 years.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday, November 22, 2010 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Watson & Sons Chapel. Interment will follow at Brookland Cemetery in Joaquin.
