Helen Jones Samford , 92, of Center, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021, in Center.

Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m., Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with visitation one hour prior.  Dale Gannon will officiate.  Interment will follow at Smith Cemetery in Center.

Born May 3, 1929, in Center, Helen is the daughter of Marvin Allen Jones and I.Z. Hughes.  She was a member of Woodlands Church of Christ.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Adameck; grandson, Jerry Glover; sisters and brothers, Pat Peace, Sammy Jones and wife Joy, Linda Foreman and husband Bobby, David Jones, Mary Walker, and Rose Jones; and sister-in-law, Renita Jones.

Preceded in death by husband, M.O. Samford; daughter, Denice Glover; sisters and brothers, Billie Wall, Bobby Jones, Barbara Waller, Joe Norris, and Donald Jones.
