, 92, of Orange, formerly of Center, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017, in Beaumont.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at Fairview Cemetery in Center with Rev. Karen Jones officiating.
Mrs. Metz was born November 15, 1924, in Shelby County, to Walter Shillings and Lena Mae Bridges Shillings. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Center.
She is survived by
Son: Bubba Metz and wife, Beth, of Beaumont
Daughter: Kathy Shults and husband, Tolly, of Orange
4 Grandchildren
8 Great Grandchildren
Preceded in death by
Husband: Frank Metz
Parents: Walter Shillings and Lena Mae Bridges Shillings
