Harold Beckett, 83, of Huxley, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at Shelby Regional Medical Center. He was born September 23, 1926 in Nashua, Missouri to John Beckett and Fay Cruise Beckett. Mr. Beckett served in the Army during WWII. He was a member of the VFW in Liberty, Missouri, the Do-Si-Do Square Dancers and the Dutch Oven Cookers.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, February 19, 2010 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Shelby County. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 20, 2010 at Strong Cemetery in Shelby County with Bro. Danny Russo officiating.

Son, Alan Elledge of Huxley

Granddaughter, Stacy Pope of Ft. Smith Arkansas

Grandson, Derrick Elledge of Rockwall

Three great grandchildren
