Frances Helen Haggard , 93, of Center, succumbed to her illness of cancer on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, in Center.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday, December 15, 2025, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Graveside service will be held at Noon, Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Athens with Rev. Gaylon H. Flora officiating.

Born January 12, 1932, in Evergreen, Texas, Helen is the daughter of James Robison and Pearl Hickman Robison.

She is survived by her daughters, Joyce and husband Gaylon Flora of Danbury, Billie and husband Homer Jones of Center, and Rhonda Carey of Rosebud; son, Clay Haggard of Bradford; grandchildren, Judd Haggard, Llaron Walker, Mauna Blackwell, James Flora, James Lee Heiman, Brandy Martin, Brent Dean, Colton Welch, and Kayli Stiver; 12 great grandchildren; sister, Joyce "Coonie" Brown of Elkhart; brother, Norman "Red" Robison of Houston; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by husband, William Lee (Bill) Haggard; daughter, Linda Haggard; son-in-law, Andy Carey; great grandson, Jim Leon Singleton; parents, James Robison and Pearl Hickman Robison; sister, Melba Sowell; and brother, J.B. Robison.
