Faye Myers May , 78, of Logansport, Louisiana, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014 at her residence.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 pm, Sunday, November 9, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Logansport. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday November 10, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Logansport, with Rev. Charles Hall and Rev, Lance Cypert officiating, Interment will follow in the O. E. Price Memorial Cemetery in Logansport.

Ms. May was born July 25, 1936 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Hobson Samuel Myers and Miriam Minnie Craine Myers. She was a homemaker, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Logansport where she also served as a church hostess. Ms. May loved spending time gardening.

She is survived by:

Thomas Hassell and wife Lori of Covington, Louisiana
Daniel Hassell and wife Trisha of Cheyenne, Wyoming
Hannah Matthews Wulf and husband Joshua of Logansport, Louisiana
