Eula Mae Long, 92, of Center, passed away Monday, December 14, 2015 in Center.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Watson and Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Rev. Gordon Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow in the Strong cemetery in Huxley.
Ms. Long was born July 26, 1923 in Shelby County, Texas to Clayton Vaughn and Annie McDonald Vaughn.
She was a homemaker, mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was a member of Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Chris Patrick, Tye Farmer, Travis Long Jr, Clay Long, David Vidrine, and Janal Ma-Ani. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Cockrell, "Tootie" O.L. Hendrix, J.C. Vaughn, James Shofner, Dean Raymond, Bobby Daw, Dennis Thompson and W.C. Thompson.
