Ethel Bell , 91, formally of Center, passed away Friday, December 11, 2015 in Houston, Texas.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, December 14, 2015 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Tim Perkins officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Mrs. Bell was born December 20, 1923, in Leon County, Texas to Conrad Carl Williams and Myrtie Algeretta Williams. Mrs. Bell retired from the cosmetology career.
