Donald Allen Mullins, 60, of New Ulm, Texas, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2008, at Methodist Hospital in Houston. He was born March 17, 1948 in Freeport to Billy Edward Mullins and Billie Maxie Pate Mullins. Mr. Mullins was the owner and president of Cody E. Oil Company in Houston and Bellville.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 am to service time, Friday, September 12, 2008 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am, Friday, September 12 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. David Pate officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery.
