Dewie Eugene "Gene" Fenley, 66, of Center, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at his home. He was born March 26, 1942 in Center to Ira Fenley and Effie Mae Ware Fenley. Gene was a member of White Rock Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, June 19, 2008 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Rev. Charles Hannah and Rev. Franklin D. Battles officiating. Interment will follow at White Rock Cemetery in Center.
