D.C. McSwain, 86, of Center, passed away April 1, 2010 at Shelby Regional Medical Center. He was born November 1, 1923 in Center to Amos Parker McSwain and Martha Dale Andrews McSwain. Mr. McSwain was a member of First United Methodist Church in Center. He served in the Navy as a member of the Seabees.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, April 2, 2010 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Oaklawn Memorial Park with Bro. Elmer Mathews officiating.
