Dan Husband , 70, of Joaquin, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019, in Logansport, Louisiana.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, June 30, 2019, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday, July 1, 2019, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Dickerson officiating.  A masonic graveside service will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Mr. Husband was born August 14, 1948, in San Augustine, to Neil Husband and Hyburnia Wade Husband.  He was a member of Joaquin Masonic Lodge #856 and First Pentecostal Church of Joaquin.

He is survived by his brothers, Dave Husband and John Husband, both of San Augustine; nephew and nieces, Neil Husband of San Augustine, Sheila Husband of Diboll, and Keisha Husband of Broaddus.

Preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Husband; parents, Neil Husband and Hyburnia Wade Husband; and brother, Buck Husband.

Pallbearers will be Rex Y'Barbo, Neil Husband, Herman Earl Husband, Roy Cheatwood, Charles Ray Metcalf, and David Cheatwood.
