Cynthia A. Poellnitz , 62, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021, in Shelbyville.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, June 18, 2021, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 19, 2021, at Wimberly Cemetery in Huxley with Bro. Don Richey officiating.

Born March 6, 1959, in Haynesville, Louisiana, Cynthia is the daughter of Grady Arnold and Rossie Ransom Arnold.  She worked as an assistant manager at Wal-Mart.  Cynthia loved her animals.  She attended Toledo Bend Community Church.

She is survived by her brothers, Mike Windham of Shreveport, Louisiana, Steve Canaday of Bossier City, Louisiana, and Mark Canaday of Shreveport, Louisiana; mother, Rossie Ransom of Shelbyville; and numerous other relatives.

Preceded in death by her father, Grady Arnold; brother, Steve Arnold; and sister, Donna Brown.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kota Bridge and Derrick Parks.
