Clayton Warren, 76, of Center, passed away Friday, September 29, 2023, in Center.

Graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Born May 4, 1947, Clayton is the son of William Allison Warren and Ruth Nethea Roark Warren.

He is survived by his children, Todd Warren of Knoxville, Tennessee and Michael Warren of Houston; sisters, Daphine Barr Scott of Center and Naomi Thornburg of Houston; nieces, Melanie Scott of Center, Jolene Scott Busby and husband Howard of Center, and Cynthia Payne of Houston; great niece and nephews, Jennifer Windham and husband Jonathan Windham, Richard Busby and wife Kayla Busby, Austin Johnson and wife Krystin Johnson, and Anthony Johnson and fiancé Caitlyn Quigley; great great nephew, Nicholas; and great great nieces, Rhiannon, Nicole, Kate, and Braylyn; also, numerous cousins and special friends, especially at Pine Grove Nursing Home.

Preceded in death by wife, Margaret Nix Warren; parents, William Allison Warren and Ruth Nethea Roark Warren; and brother-in-law, Austin Maurice Scott.
