Charles E. Ramsey , 73, of Joaquin, passed away Monday, November 5, 2012 in Center. He was born December 17, 1938 in Fouke, Arkansas to Charles Edward Ramsey Sr. and Irene Dale Leatherwood Ramsey. Mr. Ramsey retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Watson & Sons Chapel.
