Charles H. Powdrill, 78, of Center, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2011 at his home. He was born October 19, 1932 in Shelby County to Truitt Powdrill and Maggie McNeese Powdrill. Mr. Powdrill was a member of the First Baptist Church in Center and Joaquin Masonic Lodge No. 856. He served as a Military Policeman in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, April 29, 2011 at Watson and Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Watson and Sons Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale and Bro. Vance Green officiating. Masonic graveside services will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.
