Charlene Battles , 66, of League City, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020, in League City.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 2, 2020, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with Bro. Gordon Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Born October 22, 1954, in Columbia, Louisiana, Charlene is the daughter of the late Uel Martin and Josephine Martin.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan O'Rourke and husband Patrick; son, Bryan Battles; grandchildren, Ashley Braun, Lauren O'Rourke, Riley O'Rourke, Emily O'Rourke, Shauna Battles, and Jesse Battles; sisters, Angelee Randolph, Joann Price, Jewel Rhodes and husband Ricky; brother, Bobby Martin and wife Patty; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

Preceded in death by parents, Uel Martin and Josephine Martin; sister, Lois Sim; and niece, Tammy Rowland.

Pallbearers will be Patrick O'Rourke, Bryan Battles, Terry Adkison, Colby Adkison, Ricky Rhodes, and Bill Rowland.
