Candy Denise Lewis Cox , 46, of Joaquin, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at her residence.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, November 23, 2014 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 24, 2014 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. William Eddins officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Mrs. Cox was born September 26, 1968 in Houston to Harold Lewis Sr. and Sandra Yvonne Ross Lewis. She was a very caring person and was always helping others. Mrs. Cox's hobbies included playing bingo, playing cards, going to the boats and cooking. Mrs. Cox also enjoyed singing; however, it was usually out of tune. She had a great personality and always seemed to be the center of attention. Mrs. Cox loved her family dearly and especially enjoyed watching her children, as well as her nieces and nephews play ball.
