Calvin Samuel Foy Sr. , 64, of Center, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2019, in Nacogdoches .

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 22, 2019, at Foy Cemetery in Robert, LA with Bro. Jason Hebert officiating.

Mr. Foy was born August 23, 1955, in Independence , to Ernest Foy and Albertine Lavign Foy.  Mr. Foy enjoyed working with his cattle, working on his cars, building all types of things, and spending time with family and friends.  Mr. Foy was of the Pentecostal faith.

He is survived by his children, Patty Meaux and husband Keith of Longview, James Furra and wife Gina of Center, Calvin Samuel Foy Jr., Jessica Dillard and husband Bryan of Center, David Furra of Center; grandchildren, Michigan, Bryce , and Chase Foy, Hunter, Ryder , and Dallie Jo Dillard, Kayla Furra, Bryson Lee, Nathan and Keith Meaux Jr . ; s iblings , Elaine Bardwell of Robert, LA, Sue Coyne O f Robert, L A, Patricia Edward of Springfield, LA, and Leo Foy of Baptist, LA; s pecial a unt , Sarah Lavigne of Longview; many nieces and nephews; a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Calvin Samuel Foy Jr., David Furra, James Furra, Hunter Dillard, Bradley Bardwell, and Albert Foy.

Honorary p allbearer will be Ryder Dillard .

Preceded in death by parents, Ernest Foy and Albertine Lavign Foy; brothers, Darrell Foy and Cecil Foy .
