O.K. "Buddy" Hagler, 76, of Center, passed away Thursday November 6, 2008 at his home. He was born May 17, 1932 in Shelby County to Joe Oliver Hagler and Emma Mae Askew Hagler. Buddy was a retired USDA inspector, and had once served as Justice of the Peace of Precinct 2 in Shelby County, and also Commissioner for Precinct 2. Buddy was a member of the Sam Houston Masonic Lodge #32, and the Sharon Temple Shrine

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday, November 8 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, November 9 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Pat Windham officiating. Interment will follow at Antioch Cemetery in San Augustine.
