Brenda Marie Cassell , 61, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, July 24, 2023, in Shelbyville.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 28, 2023, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Interment will follow at Dunnigan Cemetery in Shelby County.

Born July 28, 1961, in Shreveport, Louisiana, Brenda is the daughter of James Vaught and Wanda Ezernack Vaught.  She attended East Hamilton Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Randy Cassell of Shelbyville; sister, Cindy Lowe and husband James; and brother, James "J.C." Vaught and wife Chelsie.

Preceded in death by her parents, James Vaught and Wanda Ezernack Vaught.
