Brandi Mills , 30, of Joaquin, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2017, in Galveston.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, June 29, 2017, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 30, 2017, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Levi Cohorst officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Brandi was born September 10, 1986, in Nacogdoches, to Bubba Lewis and Celeste Mills Lewis. She was a dedicated mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Brandi was a CNA at Holiday Nursing Home. She loved her patients and coworkers. Brandi loved spending time with her kids, family and friends. She loved to read, play softball, play cards and shop. Brandi made a profession of faith, accepting God as her Savior, when she was twelve years old at First Baptist Church of Haslam. She believed in the power of prayer to give her strength during her fight. Her favorite verse was Isaiah 41:10, "Fear thou not; for I am with thee; be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of righteousness."
