Blanch Campbell Biggar, 67, of Center, passed away Friday, March 5, 2010, at her home. She was born December 20, 1942 to William Dwight Campbell and Annie Lila Gillis Campbell. Ms. Biggar was a member of Heritage Baptist Church. She was a retired teacher, having taught for Center ISD.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday, March 8, 2010 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Marlin Freeman officiating. Interment will follow at Sand Hill Cemetery in Shelby County.

Pallbearers will be Robert Payne, Lynn Johnson, KC Campbell, Eric Wilkins, Ronnie Youngblood, Stuart Stanley, and Brandon Pennick.
