Billy Wayne Williams , 75, of Center, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020, in Center.

Graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, December 18, 2020, at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center with visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Rev. Malcolm Monroe will officiate.

Born December 26, 1944, in Center, Billy is the son of the late Burnice Williams and Marcelle Green Williams.  He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and later retired from Bail Bond Services and Tax Services.  Billy enjoyed fishing.  He was a member of Sam Samford Masonic Lodge #149.  Billy was of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy Samford Williams of Center; children, Stacey Wells of Nacogdoches, Melissa Williams of Odessa, and Amanda Carson of The Woodlands; grandchildren, Tatum Carson, Tucker Burford, Jacob Carson, and Colton Wells; nieces, Donna Hughes, Joyce Bush, Katha Hughes, and Suzette Hughes.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Burnice Williams and Marcelle Green Williams; and his sister, Linda Joyce Hughes.

Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research or First United Methodist Church.
