67, of Center, passed away Monday, June 17, 2013 at Nacogdoches Medical Center
in Nacogdoches.
He was born June 12,
1946 in Puckett, Mississippi to Elton Puckett and Alice Marie Scott Puckett.
Mr. Puckett served in the United States Army
during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Lone Star Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Carl Smith and Bro. Edward McRae officiating. A Military Honors graveside service will be held at Shiloh Cemetery in Mt. Enterprise under the direction of VFW Post 8904.
Pallbearers will be James Ray, Alton Smith, Colton Stewart, Clay Krueger, Michael Ray and Marshall Dover. Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Puckett Jr., Greg Stanford, Rodin Ham, Timmy Lyons, Albert Lyons, Winston Smith and Kenneth Hooper.
