Billie Joyce Wagstaff Hooper , 81, of Shelbyville, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015 in Nacogdoches.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 12, 2015 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Strong Cemetery in Huxley.

Ms. Hooper was born February 21, 1933 in Shelby County to A.E. "Buddy" Wagstaff and Evie Lou Anthony Wagstaff. She loved cooking, taking care of family and friends, and sending out "Get Well" cards.
