Betty Jane Shields, 84, of Center passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Green Acres Nursing Home. She was born August 31, 1927 in Lockland, Ohio to Henry Gemmer and Dessie Gemmer. Mrs. Shields was a homemaker, mother and grandmother.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at Watson and Sons Funeral Home in Center. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Oaklawn Memorial Park with Bro. Don Windham officiating.
