Betty Sue Bridges Bailey , 80, of Center, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2014 at her residence. She was born August 6, 1933 in Center to Odie Eugene Bridges and Louis Adams Bridges. Ms. Bailey retired from Farmers State Bank, where she worked in the bookkeeping department for over 30 years. She also volunteered for many years at The Rainbow Room in Center. Ms. Bailey was a member of Lone Star Baptist Church in Center.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 6, 2014 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Gordon Vaughn, David Chadwick and Rev. Terry Goodnight officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Pallbearers will be Larry Warren, John Ward, Michael Warren, Brad Hinton, Danny Bruce Bailey Jr., Danbert Collum, Clayton Hinton and John Dillon. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Strong, Kenneth Hardy, David Chadwick, Mike Powdrill, Bro. Johnny Allen, Monk Peace and Ronnie Graves.
