Bettie Jean Cogswell , 82, of Keithville, Louisiana, passed away Monday, July 3, 2017, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 6, 2017, at Johnson Cemetery in Joaquin with Bro. Mike Stowell officiating.

Ms. Cogswell was born December 18, 1934, in Conroe, to H.O. Busby and Ruby Lera Lowe Busby. She loved reading, gardening, shopping, sewing and playing solitaire. She was of the Catholic faith.
