Becky Jean Samford Permenter , 70, of Center, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016, in Nacogdoches.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Interment will follow at Folsom Chapel Cemetery in Shelby County. Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Ms. Permenter was born November 29, 1945, in Center, to E.B. Samford Jr. and Gloria J. Beckham Horton.
