Arnold Jay Frazier , 73, of Center, passed away August 26, 2017, in Center.

Jay's wishes were to be cremated and the family will have a military honors graveside service on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Center.

Arnold was born July 23, 1944, in Houston, to Julius Pete Frazier and Thelma Louise Branch. Jay was a contractor in Shelby County for over 25 years. He was honorably discharged from the United States Coast Guard during the Vietnam Conflict.
