Obituary

Annie Irene Mayfield , 94, of Center, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Pine Grove Nursing Center in Center.  She was born June 17, 1919 in Huxley to Virgil C. Strong and Fleta Fleming Strong. Ms. Mayfield was a charter member of Center First United Pentecostal Church.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 13, 2014 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 14, 2014 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Edward McRae, Rev. Eric Bolenbaucher and Rev. Andy Wilson officiating.  Interment will follow at Strong Cemetery in Huxley.

Pallbearers will be Keith McRae, Mark Strong, Damon Mayfield, Chris Davis, Ricky McCauley and George Riffe.

She is survived by
